All community members are welcome to join our free adult activities at the Library. Please let us know if you have an idea for a workshop, speaker, or community activity by stopping by or sending an email.

ONGOING PROGRAMS

The Mah Jong Players - Tuesdays, 1-3:30pm  We play Chinese Mah Jong each week at the library.  All levels of experience are welcome!  Happy to teach new players.  Any questions, contact the library at 724.352.4810..

The Jane Austen Movie Group - last Friday of each month from 1-3pm - Join us as we watch a movie based on a Jane Austen novel or a movie from the Regency era (1850s). We discuss Jane Austen books, the customs of the era, and even enjoy themed treats!

Friends of the Library - Quarterly meetings on the last Tuesday of February, May, August and October from 1-2pm - Through volunteering and fundraising, this special group of men and women are vital to sustaining the Library. Please join us at a meeting or become a volunteer throughout the month helping with our used books!

Saxonburg Chess Club. Weekly on Thursdays from 5-6:30pm All ages are welcome including young children, teens and adults. All skill levels will find challenging players. Lesson on the big chess board around 5:30pm. No registration required. Drop in any time.
